★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be skeptical when dealing with Michele Denholm. My name is Michael Walton. My mother Christina Walton passed away in 2014. My mom left me and my brother a trust fund worth $56000 through TD Waterhouse to be divided between my brother and me. The problem for me is that my brother and my dad wanted my half of the trust fund. They also share a similar name. my dads name is Ritchie, and my brother Richard. Because I was unwilling to give up my half of the trust. Michele, came up with the idea that my dad can be Richard. She convinced my brother to deny the birth name my mom had given to him, so that she can make the claim that Ritchie (my dad) is Richard. She then proceeded to release the trust fund to my dad to claim it is his sole estate. No ID was inspected in the matter of the TD Waterhouse trust fund. Jackie Osing who has been relocated to binbrook since the incident helped in the process by proceeding through her the gross criminal negligence on the part of Michele Denholm. If anyone out there has written an affidavit to take care of their loved 1's when they pass. Do not deal with these people. In the process I have hired a lawyer and these criminals have been exposed. Please for the love of yourself amd God. Find someone else to work with.
