L	Lindsay Stevenson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. First the manager tried to mansplain that what I wanted was decals for stickers, not a deckle for paper making. Then I wanted to do a price match, cashier said we only do it for store fronts. That's not the policy. Michaels website states that they will BEAT prices from Amazon as long as its not a 3rd party seller. Then the manager said fine well do it. He just matched it, not beat it like the website and policy states. It's the companies policy, why not honour it? It's not your money! Acting like I'm trying to scam them. Will never return here again and told head office the same. Edited to add why would I want the rude manager to call me? I called head office to complain about him, why have him be the one to call me? It wasn't the cashier it was the manager. Head office couldn't tell me why he was the one to call me, my guess it was to avoid getting the heat to pass it on to employees. I have called head office back and I expect a call from HIS boss not him.

He presented all my options at different price points and helped me pick what was right for me. Possibly my best customer service experience ever. He went out of his way to help me resize my poster and helped me find the best price.
