★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean, and very easy process. This was my first surgery and everyone I met made me feel calm and comfortable. I was honestly amazed by my experience. 100/10 highly recommend. It’s a shame I can only give 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the most friendly clinics I have ever been in. Everyone was super helpful and sweet. When I finally got into the operation room, I was introduced to all of the staff that would be assisting during my surgery and everyone welcomed me with smiles and asked me how I'm doing. I felt 100% at ease going into my surgery because everyone made me feel safe and welcome. There is not a single bad experience that I had there. Their robes are also super comfortable. Dr. Belanger was fantastic. I have not seen my results yet as I'm still bandaged for the next few days but I'm not worried at all. I would recommend this clinic over and over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From what I have seen comparing previous images, CMC has renovated their building with accessibility features. The front entrance has automatic doors. There is a chair lift going up a half level from the lobby to other parts of the building. There is also a wheelchair accessible single occupancy washroom with a pocket door. All of this was navigable in my power chair (front wheel drive). Their staff still have some anti-ableism work they need to do, but I was glad to see that their physical space has been updated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my surgery done last week and I had a very pleasant experience. The receptionist was very welcoming as well as the nurses who were each very kind and professional. I felt taken care of throughout the entire process and the after care of the surgery was thoroughly explained to me. My surgeon was Dr. Alex Laungani who was super nice and attentive to what I wanted. Great service and I am overall happy with my results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Dr. Maud Belanger. She understands my wants and needs. The hospital staff was amazing. Loved each and everyone one of them however a few stand out because they had funny personality that matched mine! "I got you girl" . best wishes to all of you. You all touched my heart in many ways! Highly recommend this place.
