A	Abakar Nokour Mahamat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every year since their store opened. The first year, the owner was happy to see me there and treated me very nice, so I kept on coming every year since. I went there last week thinking things were the same. The man acted like we never met, and couldn't even say hi back. I waited about an hour for my turn, as things were super slow. After a good hour or so working on my things, just because he made the new girl do it, he decided to charge me 3 time the usual price. I know he did that because I did not ask how much it will cost me, as my financial situation has not changed much. I paid that man $150 knowing not coming back again for his services, yet they were asking me to provide some code from CRA while he was listed as authorized person in my CRA account. I decided to call them and give them the code. The man has the audacity to hang up on me when I called back because he could not recall or pull up my name in his system. One thing I learned here is. They are only nice to new customers, so first visit might be good. I would not go back if I was you, because of those scammy practices. I am revoking them from accessing my CRA ASAP.

He usually charges $30 but as soon he sees you made a lot of money on T4 then price would jump from $30 to $60Plus Taxes... I paid $67 as he asked me and i was told that my return would be $1200 for the year and i got only $600. Best part is when you call him for the resolution you would be called to his office and makes you return with no solution whatsoever. Do not mess up your tax file and do not mess with CRA by going to this guy and infidels who works for him.

Also the boss is very knowledgeable about tax related matters if we call and ask he knows the answer. Definitely recommend for someone who know little about taxes. They are very patient too. Doing my dad’s taxes is not easy but he always makes time and listen to all of my dads concerns. Very friendly people.
