I ordered something several weeks ago, never received it. I need a part for one of my devices that required fixing, this issue was very time contingent, the delays experienced have caused many issues, and a lot of stress. Do not use this company.

If there is zero star. i will give it to them. The worst delivery company i have ever encounter. There is no customer service. When i select a 5 to 9 pm deliver window. They deliver at 11:30 PM and the following day at 6:30 am. Their customer service straight up said they attempted to deliver but i was not available. Who is available at that time frame. Now the same day turned to a 4 day wait. Not even sure if i will get my package. Stay away from this company

The driver pulled into our driveway, rolled down his window, and threw the package from the driver's seat of his car onto our porch. I was sitting by our front window and saw the whole thing so naturally, I proceeded outside to ask the driver if it was necessary to deliver packages this way and he responded with β€˜I don’t want to slip on the ice’. Needless to say, it's a clear, sunny day today, and aside from the snow piled on everyone's lawn, there's no ice or snow on the roads or sidewalks, much less my driveway or walkway. What makes this even more frustrating is that I tried calling the company, but their phone system is just an endless loop of extensions that are not available.

Order from Bestbuy was fulfilled by this company. Received a call at 10:30pm that they had arrived to drop off item at my apartment. Number they called from was a personal cell from British Columbia. As a single female receiving a call this late with no notification it was arriving was very alarming. I do not recommend this delivery service. Bestbuy customer service did not care and said company was allowed to deliver to me this late at night.

The absolute worst. Package undeliverable several times. no one calls, nothing. As if I never got packages before? I already got like 3 things I ordered after the package they should have brought. Disgrace. I hope to never use these guys in my life again.

Ordered a nearly $400 order with same day delivery. Was told it was out for delivery, yet the item never came. I filed a ticket, received an automated email that took me to a portal to track my ticket. When I tried to create an account to get in to the portal, it said that I already had an account. When I tried to recover my password for this non-existent account, it told me I was unauthorized. This company is supposed to be a delivery company. They can't even manage to do that.

Terrible experience with this company, which was supposed to deliver and install a washer and dryer from Costco. On the deliver day, they unboxed the washer and dryer outside in the pouring rain and carried them through the rain uncovered. They claimed that they could not install the washer because the washer hoses were too short, saying we needed a 3-4 foot hose. This was a blatant lie: after they left, we looked at the existing hose and it was 5 feet long and we were able to install it ourselves. (From reading other reviews online, it seems like they consistently give excuses to charge Costco or other companies for multiple visits.) They also left the dryer in the middle of the living room, saying they could come back quickly and do it. After a huge amount of time on the phone with them and Costco, they said they would come back to install the dryer the following week. The day that the Metro person said they would come came and went with no one showing. After 2 weeks and a huge amount of time on the phone with them and Costco, they finally came back to install the dryer. It was a tight fit, and they tried for a few minutes and then gave up saying that we needed a smaller washer/dryer. Eventually, we paid someone else to do the installation and they were able to do it without any issue. So in the end Metro To Home probably charged Costco twice for the delivery/installation, lied to us and Costco, and did not even finish the installation.

I would also give 0 stars if I could. I love Costco but surprised that they use this horrible service. Since the power cord was still attached to the old dishwasher (which took 20 seconds to disconnect) they lied and said that I'd be contacted in the next few hours about the installation and haul away of the old dishwasher, and they left immediately. No explanation and no chance for me to check the product they had delivered. I'm pretty sure they were the same guys who brought the washing machine to my mom's place and were extremely rude to her.
