But it's best quality is its staff. They are great. Friendly and helpful. They take the time to actually talk to their customers.
D	Dennis S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We moved to Tillsonburg from Hamilton about 6 months ago. Of the 3 grocery stores in Tillsonburg, I would rate Metro the worst for customer service. I find the staff at this Metro very rude and not friendly at all. More than a few times, I have been turned completely off by the attitude of the staff at this Metro. I try to avoid shopping at this Metro, when I can. I find Sobey's the number one store for customer service, followed by Zehrs. Metro gets a ZERO for customer service.

Update: they were cleaning behind the deli counter tonight as I was shopping, and whatever cleaning products they were using smelled absolutely horrible! It smelled like an old damp rag. I feel bad for the staff who have to deal with that.

I found all the items that I was after. good & friendly staff and the lady at the checkout helped me separate mine and my father's groceries. Which they didn't have to do but it was nice to save me some time from separating the groceries after.
