Terrible. I applied because Dr Demian is apparently a very good doctor, but they put me with Dr Chinna. I was happy to finally have a family doctor, but that didn't last. After my initial visit where I explained my symptoms & details, Dr Chinna sent me to the lab for some tests. On a weekend following the tests I was surprised Dr Chinna called me at home very concerned about the results, and told me to come in for an appointment to go over them, and he set the date and time. When that came & I went in, it turned out Dr Chinna had gone home, because he forgot of my appointment, but they were able to get him to phone me. He called and asked why I was there, and told me I didn't need to see him, now with a completely different story about the test results. When I did get back in to see him, he appeared to have not listened or noted anything I had told him. Overall HE MISSED (not me), 3 of my appointments within a couple of months (missing the rescheduled appointments for the appointments he missed!), and he not only didn't listen to anything I said, but appeared to have no understanding of test results because he told me one thing about them at one point, and the polar opposite the next. He appears to be a sports medicine doctor in Vancouver, and perhaps he would be great if I sprained my ankle, but he seems incompetent as a GP, and relying very heavily on the coaching of Dr Demian. If you are able to see a doctor here, see Dr Demian, not Dr Chinna. I also explained this to the reception, and asked to see the other doctor, they said they would put me on the waiting list so I could. Well, after a couple of months I phoned back to check in, and they told me that is not something they are able to do, so because of Metro Medical Clinic I have wasted the majority of the year with no luck finding a competent GP or addressing my chronic health concerns. I highly recommend avoiding this clinic, but if you can't help, be sure to see Dr Demian instead.

Lol they close at 4:45 apparently. Got turned away at that time. I know I should have been earlier but I had an ill toddler to get out of the house with me. No compassion or work ethic. If my sign says 5pm you best believe my workers are working until 5pm and later if need be.

Dr. Damian has been my doctor for a few years now. Not only is he great at meeting me where I'm at, but he also provides a safe place and addresses my concerns in a professional manner. If you're looking for an honest, reliable, and knowledgeable doctor- I encourage you to connect with Dr. Damian!

I have a real problem when my wife complains about the amount of Pap tests a doctor requests. Then we tell them we are leaving for another family doctor and months later they called my wife to book an appointment… for a Pap test! Creepy and unprofessional.

When I move from abbotsford to Chilliwack I didn't have any FD at the moment and I badly need one cuz I've been experiencing eczema due to my hormones. Thankful to my coworker who recommended me to Dr. DEMIAN and so grateful for Him. I'm so happy.

Horrible experience. Had a terrible headache due to ear infection. Would not prescribe anti-biotics so I had to source another clinic and get them there. Feel much better and infection is now gone. Dr was too chicken to talk about Covid and called me a conspiracy theorist. This place is a a fast food joint that only cares about making money.

Dr Chhina is a very rude doctor. He will not listen to what you have to say!! He talks over you whilst you are trying to explain the reason you have come to the office and then sends the prescription off to the in house pharmacy without asking if you going to get the medicine there and then proceeds to walk out with his laptop as you are still talking!!! I have visited doctors around the world in many different countries and he is the most arrogant and rudest doctor i have had the displeasure of meeting. I have been mis-diagnosed and had to go to a walk in clinic to see a REAL compentant doctor!! Avoid for you own health and safety!!! The best thing about this doctors office is that the receptionists are very professional, caring and polite.

i would not suggest going here! Dr demian does not care about his patients or about the safety of them. In the midst of covid he allows his patients to remove their masks and removes his own right when he gets in the room with you and then tells you how beautiful you are.. Not very professional. Yells at you over the phone when you ask for more help and says he will reccommend you to other doctors so you can get the help you need but never calls you again. Your over the phone appointments will never be on time but mostly at least 1.5 hours past the time slot you chose. So make sure you have lots of time on your hands. You wonder why this is the only family doctor that is still accepting patients... cause they cant keep them. Good luck!
