Furthermore the staff is helpful and friendly to every patron. Amazing baked goods, would recommend the in-store cinnamon rolls and oatmeal cookies if you're looking for something closer to homemade taste. If I am not going to Westfort foods to support local. Then my best option is Metro, there are better places to get slightly less on certain items but the service and good baked goods always has me returning. Would recommend the Author Street Metro any time.

The produce looks good but the spotlights, though LED, are pointed more into the eyes than onto the produce. The store is well lit, even into the narrower aisles, and the variety seems plentiful.

I know they're phasing out plastics bags but there was a big drop in bag quality. Groceries that could be carried in 3 bags needed 6 bags (3 bags broke the workers need to be aware and pack them less full) Yes. I know I should bring my own bags but some times life doesn't work out like that, my groceries shouldn't end up on the ground.

I seen her yell at a customer who had waited in line for as long as it took me at self checkout ( long!) while the customer service lady checked another employees scratch tickets . Like 20 of them. And they visited and chatted while this poor lady waited and waited . Then the lady waiting kindly asked if she could get something behind the counter ( easy ask) and then the customer service lady lost her mind. Yelling at this nice customer. Poor customer service.
J	Jolene Stahn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately they didn’t have what I was looking for, but the staff was still nice. The store was clean, smelled good and had a lot of seasonal things like the pumpkins and squash! Their hours are currently as seen in the photos 7am- 11pm.
