Let Steaks Rest Before Serving
Resist the urge to serve steaks hot off the grill. They’re not quite ready yet! Let them rest at room temperature for a third of the time it took to cook, allowing them to reabsorb their juices and reach optimal tenderness. You can cover your steaks with foil to ensure they stay warm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their produce is pretty good. Only thing keeping me from rating it 5 stars is the lack of WiFi. Pretty much essential if you're a store with an app to have WiFi so people can use it in your store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Line ups can be a little nutty between 5 and 7 pm but this is my favorite grocery spot due to location and size. It's not a huge store but the selection is great and you get all the same specials as the larger Metro stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't recommend shopping here till pandemic is over. Casher was wearing her mask under her nose and would pull it up and down ever 5 seconds while ringing my groceries through. Did not sanitize her hands once after constantly touching her mask.
