★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered online with priority due quarantine, the delivery was expected to happen within 48 hours. After passing 48 hours since ordered I called the store to know what was happening, the person who answer was not able to find my order by name or by order number and said the only solution was to order again! I can`t even cancel it online.
I've waited 48 hours and they lost the order, I've the confirmation number and everything but they don`t know what happen and can`t offer any solution!
They should at least offer a solution to delivery it faster or with super priority if I have to order again! It was Metro fault not mine.
Do not order online, or else it might happen what have just happened with me.

Bad: everything is slightly overpriced compared to other groceries. The entrance is cluttered and disorganized. Very strong odor from the can crushing machines. Not very pleasant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food quality is good and all, my complaint is related to COVID-19 - I’m immunosuppressed so it’s a big deal. I went there past Sunday (10 October 2021 at around 19:30-20:30), and the alcohol to wash your hands was empty, no problem cause there was a faucet with soap right next to the entrance. The problem is that people didn’t respect it, and as I was washing my hands 4 people walked right in as they didn’t want to wait to wash theirs.

I find this Metro small compared to the one I usually go to in Brossard but still clean, well stocked despite the pandemic. Staff very friendly. Aisles neat and logical. Breakfast items together, baking items together, etc...
