★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scheduled maintenance for the furnace and ac, service technician today was Cory Latino. Very courteous and explained everything that was done today. The air filter and humidifier pad needed replacing and Cory came prepared, all he had to do was get it from his truck and popped it back into the furnace and humidifier. Work was efficient and tidy. Well done!
