★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time using Merry maid and they did a wonderful job (1 Bathroom, Kitchen, Living room). The kitchen and Oven looks shiny! Cleaning stubborn smudges, carbon, in the kitchen area that driving me (&my OCD) nuts cleaning it. Hence, they work their magic to be able to lift all the imbedded contaminant. When it was done, I look at the stove area, I dropped my jaw - frozen for a few seconds while thinking "wow! how is that possible?", my oven looks like new. Very professional, went above and beyond.
Suitable for moving clean up, home events clean up, etc.

They will continue to clean our home because of the services they provide and the exceptional attention to detail. We look forward to having our home cleaned in two weeks. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing. They declined to provide any service upon realization that I take medication. As per the manager " the presence of prescribed medicine bottles made them feel unsafe".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrendous experience. Jackie lied about several things. They declined to serve us due to medication bottles being left out. They are discriminatory against anyone with a mental illness. Jackie, the manager, insulted both my son and myself. Do not use this company!!! I'm going to talk to my lawyer.
