So when I ask about something she says "as I told you" as if I am stupid and did not understand. Needs customer service training.

My stainless appliances sparkle and my glass shower... water marks are gone! Ladies were very professional and friendly. Worth every penny. Can't wait to have them back. Thank you!

In fact, we hired them when we moved into our home because they have been doing such a good job for our extended family for close to 15 years. The team does a consistently good job cleaning the whole house with environmentally friendly products and at a very fair price. Coming home from work to have these chores done is the best feeling. Plus, all of their staff have been kind and courteous over the years. Again, highly recommend!

The ladies are very well trained, professional and the products that they used are of excellent quality. Whenever I needed a little deep cleaning in certain areas I can just call and let them know and it would be done.

We had two people come to the home for a move in clean, where we had specifically asked them to clean the fridge when booking. On arrival, they tell us they can't clean the freezer component as it's not part of what they do. They then proceed to do the worst cleaning job of the fridge component (the first two pictures included below are AFTER they "cleaned" the fridge). They were also supposed to wipe down the inside of the cabinets. The third picture is the inside of the cabinet AFTER they "cleaned" it. Not only were the cleaners terrible at their job, they were late, and they were rude. They told us that we should just buy a new fridge instead of cleaning it. Andrew wanted to charge us 4 hours which included the break the cleaners took. We had to speak to to him to get him to remove the time they were on break. Clearly nothing had been communicated between the cleaners and management. I spent a few hours cleaning the areas they "cleaned" and most of it looks good as new now, which makes me genuinely wonder what I paid for. All in all I felt like I was scammed. I would recommend saving your money and finding a different cleaning company.

The cleaning was superficially done only on visible part of the rooms: you could see in the corners or spots like under shelves that were not vacuumed and moped. Like the cleaner was in a hurry and did not even advise that they were done and leaving. Very unprofessional.
