The cleaner arrived on time and I was impressed with the amount of time, and care, she took in doing the job. I'm having them back to do a deep clean for me next month.
A	Anam Arabi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had specifically mentioned about deep cleaning the appliances and post renovation clean up asked if they need a site visit to quote and mentioned clearly that noone should say they are gonna charge extra for more than what you quote And ever since the cleaners arrived (late) there was only constant complaining about this not being included and that not being included How the place was so much work, i know thats why i hired a professional cleaning service and agreed to 750 in comparison to regular 300 thats others where offering I read reviews of move in cleaning and asked specifically about that and everytime i asked them to complete their task they made calls to their manager i have to call the company 4 times during the whole day arguing about my booking and take attitude from the cleaners who at the end started banging the things out of frustration I had to clean up after they were gone! If you are moving in dont hire them it will not only waste your money but also cause you a migraine

They changed the time on her so many times without even an apology and then cancelled without tell her. The owner didn't even apologize. People like this should not be in business. They also were overcharging her. Unfortunately she can't book another cleaner short notice and now she's cleaning the whole house while working because we have to list it today. Very bad karma, you should be ashamed.

We have to sell our house asap due to an emergency and we told them we have to have it cleaned today. They gave my sister a run around and kept changing the time on her. She was so frustrated. And the maid APRIL was so unreliable (thank goodness she didn't come) she cancelled completely. The owner Marie didn't even call my sister to tell her and when she called them she told her the service is "free"!! because the maid isn't coming. Wow I hope they go out of business. I wouldn't trust a company like this ever - as they probably won't even do a good hygienic job and these days with COVID you have to be careful. And we found an excellent service doing what they were going to do for $400 for only $180. Theses guys are so overcharging it's unbelievable.

In both of the no-show, I wasn't informed in advance and I had to chase the booker for updates. Terrible experience and a waste of my time.

I got a message saying cleaner is half an hour late. Waited and called after half an hour. No one responds right away. Then they said cleaner is 10 minutes away. Still no one one showed. I called again and they said cleaner is looking for parking. Went out to see, no one there. Finally the cleaner shows up. Worst part: booked them for a 2000 sq ft house cleaning with finished basement. Told them all together it’s 5 bedrooms and 4 washrooms. The cleaner comes in and says she only was told to clean 1 bedroom and 3 washroom. Anything extra would be charged. Called the company again and no professionalism, they told me that they will call back. Took forever to call me back. They charged me a day in advance before cleaning. The guy who made the appointment, his name is Dexter. Probably was smoking something when he took the appointment for my house. All they say is Sorry. For anyone who is relying on them to get their house cleaned. Please have a back up plan. Would not recommend their services to any of my friends or family, and to anyone who is reading this review. They should be out of business. Not punctual, unprofessional, and poor customer service. I am glad they didn’t get to clean my house. Because I am 100% sure, I would not have been happy.

Deep cleaning typically means dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms etc. I could still see dirt and marks on the floor, one room was not mopped at all. The dusting was not done. I would never use this service again, obviously the management does not care about their staff. A deep clean should require 2 people not just 1 who worked 8 hours by herself.
