★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charge too much, they are crooked, too old to get the job done, disgruntled, they basically will take the paycheck and do nothing. They have had fraudulent checks go through CIBC, have had people break into their units regularly, let people sell drugs out of their places, and they simply do not follow Landlord and Tenancy Act laws and policies.
