G	Greg Kelly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mercer has been a go-to for my girlfriend and I for a couple years now! We’ve stayed at the hotel for valentines, ordered appetizers, steaks, and drinks, and listened to some live music and haven’t had a complaint yet. Delicious food, solid atmosphere, great prices!

Music was a little loud, and the interior was quite smoky when we came in, unsure if this was a usual occurrence or due to a mishap in the kitchen. The menu has a variety of options from burgers to mac and cheese with chorizo, as well as options for things like buns & dumplings. While tasty the menu seems a little eclectic to have options like spider dogs alongside a buffalo karaage steam bun. Prices were towards the high end, but not unreasonable. They do have a kids menu, but this is geared towards older kids (2/3+). Drink options like milk were not available when we asked for our toddler. A decent lunch, but when you think "Beer Hall" the drink choices may match, but the current menu doesn't align with that title to well.

Needless to say I think they gained 22 new customers. Best birthday dinner, best service (unfortunately I do not know our waitresses name) but she did a fantastic job with just a wee bit of help! I can’t say enough positive’s about Mercer kitchen. FYI to Mercer kitchen, I found all my stuff?

I got a grilled steak with fries that was perfectly seasoned and cooked to the right temperature. It comes with a special, made-in-house aioli that is delicious. Prices are pretty good for what you get.

My mom has tons of allergies and the owner came over and said they make everything themselves and cook to order. He offered to make anything she could eat. I’ve never been to a place that has offered that. Very nice man. The ambiance was great and it’s decorated beautifully.

We had Steak, Pork Dumplings and Mac & Cheese from the kids menu. Great taste. The portion sizes were good too. And for parents with small children they also have kids changing tables. Service could have been better hence the 4 stars and we went during a time when crowds reducing as well.

We had the ‘world famous’ buttermilk fried chicken with biscuits. It was delicious. One person has the Berger with sweet potato fries and it was good. Another had the sushi roll- delicious and enough for one person for lunch. Sangria was delightful as was the assortments of local beers.
