since going to this location they have helped me in so many ways i mean IN ALOT of ways , i wont get into my back story but the 2 amazing woman i see saved my life if it wasn't for them i honestly wouldn't be here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They lost intake email and made me wait an extra month just to be strung along. It has now been 4 months and they have put me on a cancellation list. 3 cancellations have happened. 2 I was given the wrong date and the other one I got a phone call then 5 mins later another call claiming they had gone home sick. This place is absolutely useless and dont care about helping anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services keep getting cut more and more. Good jumping off point for some but really recommend moving on to better services for longer term care. If you're not actively in crisis or addiction, you'll probably be waiting months before you receive any support here. If you are in crisis, they'll send you to the hospital crisis team anyway.
