I wanted to change bookkeeping and accounting firms for my business and personal taxes and my realtor suggested I go here so I called... and called and called some more. 4 times to be exact and not once did I get a phone call back. The last time I called I even had to tell the receptionist that if they didn't want my business to just tell me and I would move on but leaving 4 messages was unacceptable. Well, apparently they don't need nor want my new business since I still have not received a phone call back and a month and a half has now gone by.
