★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The managers and the mechanics at this location are amazing! I brought my car in with a strange noise, thinking my exhaust system or Muffler was loose. They were awesome enough to not only squeeze me in last minute before a long weekend, but because my car was just a quick 10-minute fix with no parts required, they did it for free.. I was mind-blown, to know they they could have easily charged me for half an hour of labor but chose to do me a favor instead. I talked with the manager while my car was fixed, and found that the staff here is extremely down to earth. It reminded me of the "good old days" when businesses were personable, friendly and cared about the customers. HIGHLY recommend this Meineke location if you want homest dependable mechanics (they also brought me under the car to show me the exact problem) A+++

They have the best prices for oil changes, just remember to call ahead and book an appointment. Thanks for the great service, always a pleasure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2003 Lincoln Town Car. Nancy and Ian have been excellent to deal with, Nancy is very thorough with the quotes, finding the best parts and scheduling the time we are without the car. Any repairs we've had completed have not caused us any need to return. We feel very confident that our best interests are put first and the work is done right. I might even let them service my Dodge Ram truck next ( ? ) they do such a great job. Thank you Nancy and guys in the shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ James quoted me $1,200-$1,500 tops for front and back breaks, i go into pay and he states the total is $2,300. I ask him what happened, he's like, oh we thought we could get away with your old parts, but we didn't. He never called me to tell me until i went to pick up my car. Unprofessional, horrible service. This place has gone down since the nice lady at the counter left. Never again, they ripped me off, and he was like nothing happened. Stay away, never again! Shame on you James, you will run this place to the ground, so sad.
