★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been too my fair share in mechanics and I have to say this has been the best, honest group of people I’ve come across. I do my regular oil changes here.. and have done some other work… they never try and tell you something is wrong with you’re car unless it really is… I remember going in and asking for 2 new headlights cause one was out and rather than try and sell me the two, the gentleman said to just wait until the other went out and replace then.. and to save my money! I have never gone anywhere else since

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to auto lube today for a routine oil change, wasn’t expecting anything special but I was surprised when they went above and beyond and furthered the experience by inspecting my car and giving me an idea of the general condition of the vehicle. They also offered a deal on other services so I ended up leaving with two services done on my car without breaking the bank. I will now be a returning customer as they have set the standard for vehicle maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone here is helpful, kind and honest. I have never left feeling taken advantage of, which is uncommon in my experience. They have always thoroughly explained each service recommended and have never pushed me to have any work done. Best shop in auto shop in Cambridge!

I will for sure be coming back here for my wife's vehicle as well and will use again for my own. Thanks Sean and staff for a job well done

Staff are super friendly, and knowledgeable. The Gentleman (forget his name) at the front counter is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and polite. The owner is a very approachable, knowledgeable and polite. Overall, I'm Very happy with the continued service we receive at Auto Lube.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The drain plug wasn't screwed back on properly and the screws for the engine shield weren't tightened causing it to come lose on the 401.
I wanted to let you know that your team did not screw the drain plug back on properly causing oil to leak from the car. They also didn't tighten the screws of the engine shield. This caused the engine shield to come lose on the highway. I was able to use bungee cords to hold it in place until we got home to get it fixed. I welcome a reply/explanation. Over $300 for a new engine shield.
