Really bad service and bad tires. Go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found this place online and it was the worse experience of my life. I bought the tires from Mega Pneu and had them do the balancing and installation of the tires. Right after they install , I went on the highway and the steering was shaking as soon as I went over 100 km/h, I called the place and they said they would take a look at it and asked me to come back. I went back and they re-balanced the tires according to them, but as soon as I went on the highway same problems occurred. I had to go back 4 times over 3 days and they still couldn't solve the problem. They finally told me that there must be something else wrong with my car and asked me to take it to my own mechanic. I took it to my mechanic where I have been going for over 10 years and he re-balanced the tires and said the balancing was totally off. When Mega Pneu re-balanced the tires, they didn't take off the previous weights and kept adding multiple weights to a single tire. My mechanic was able to solve the issue on the 1st try where as Mega Pneu couldn't solve the problem after 4 times. When I asked Mega Pneu to pay me back for the balancing for taking it to my own mechanic , they refused to pay anything. I lost so much time and money by going to this place and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. These people don't know the basis of changing the tires, which is the balancing and the customer service is horrible. I would give this place 0 stars if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed.. my car was full of grease all around.. on the paint and the rims.. the rims had a fresh chip and some new scratchs because of the bars they used to take the tires of... its all about quantity and zero quality.. its all about the numbers for them and zero care for your car! If you say something, they just tell you to go somewhere else. If you love your car, find some other place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experiences of my life. When I first entered it was nice because of the prices they were cheap. Right after I drove off my tire went down. Very bad service they yell at you and tell you to never come back to their store. And they will never fix what they did wrong. If you’re looking at the prices make sure you’re gonna pay double the amount because of how many times you’ll go back. I wouldn’t recommend it at alllll.
