I knew of another issue with my suspension and they were able to get the parts and install right away! Really appreciated how they let me see what they were doing and explained how the parts worked and what they do. Overall A+ experience, very pleased!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people really do take advantage of you. The price they tell you are never the same. They charged me 500$ for a small job which they said took 7 hours and that they will only charge 5hours...at the end they were never able to fix the problem. I asked other mechanics around and I find they charge alot lower. Unbelievable! They charged me 850 for break job. the price of the dealership difference is 150...The price difference is not at all big compared to BMW dealership...I suggest you don't go there unless you like wasting your money. When you go to the dealership At Least you will have a peace of mind knowing that all parts are original and the job well done, if not then atleast there is the dealership guarantee .. these guys will scam you if you don't know anything about cars be careful.
