MedPlus pharmacy, and every one of their staff, is friendly, personable, and even remembers my prescriptions without giving my name. It's like the small town home feel. Quite professional, always helpful and knowledgeable. I have revised my review to the lowest mark, as their Head Pharmacist is apparently unaware/dispondant towards the Covid 19 pandemic, I have never once seen him wear a mask, coming out to talk to patients and the like completed bare faced. I have had to endure this as they share a building with another business that does not uphold standardseant for medical facilities during a pandemic. It is entirely unacceptable for a "leader" of medical knowledge to be flaunting this ineptness while the rest of the "actually responsible adults" (other patients) are all masked up. Seriously? Wow good job Pharmacist!

My whole family goes to Medplus for our prescriptions and we consistently get the most professional, friendly and efficient service. The pharmacist always goes out of his way to get the medication on time and delivered for free. Most of all he cares about the patients and it truly makes for a great experience each time.

I have made a change from my old pharmacy to MedPlus about a year ago. I have been more than happy with my choice, the staff is fantastic and eager to please even knowing who I am when I come there, or a phone call. The pharmcist/owner Ajish Prasad is the reason for a pleasant enviornment at this shop he is all you can imagine in fantastic relations.

Can i please give this place a 10 out of 10!!! Ive been going to MedPlus Pharmacy since 2019. I absolutely LOVE it. I used to deal with other Pharmacies..... one of the biggest Pharmacies around, and id have nothing but B.S and trouble....I switched to MedPlus Pharmacy because its located in the same building as the pain clinic i go to , However now that i am a customer there I am a customer for LIFE. The owner Ajshi is absolutely wonderful, he is one of a kind, friendly, honest and reliable. Ajshi keeps an amazing team of staff as well. They have never failed me... Any time ive had to call to get a prescription refil and asked someone to call me back when the dr has singed the paper...they do! :) its reasurance for myself to know that my prescription will be there when i am able to pick it up. The whole team is very welcoming, helpful, reliable....The team has my medication ready to go for when I arrive for my appointments at the pain clinic (i usually go around the same time x3 days a week.) So they know when id be around. BIT Even when i first started going there if i called and told the team i was on my way to pick up my medication they have always had it ready to go for when i got there. Asjhi even has a FREE delivery man. Who will go above and beyond just to meet the needs of the coustomer. One time I needed my medication delivered....The delivery man dropped my medication at my house. (I was waiting at work) so a little time went by and no phone call from the delivery man. So I called MedPlus and let them know that i was at work. So to my surprise the delivery man went back to my home picked up my medication and brought it to me at work! Who could ask for better service!?? I also work in different locations it doesnt matter where i am located the delivery man will deliver it to me. On top of WONDERFUL customer service the place is very clean and well maintained. I would absolutely recommend any one to MedPlus Pharmacy!.

Myself and my family have been with Medplus pharmacy for the past couple of years and truly enjoying the professional service they provide. The pharmacist/owner Ajish and the entire team are very professional and friendly to deal with. They promptly follow up with my doctor for refills or any other concerns and deliver the medicines when it is due. And I even heard a very good feedback from my doctor about Ajish’s knowledge and professionalism. It is so convenient for me that the medicines are delivered to my home. And the delivery person is very pleasing and caring as well. I would highly recommend this place without any hesitation.

I had booked a covid test designed for Travel to the US about 5 weeks in advance of my travel. The test was required to be taken less than 24 hours before my flight and with only 2 days notice the pharmacy called and cancelled my appointment as it was scheduled for a Saturday and they were no longer doing tests on Saturdays. I understand a change in policy, but it would have been nice for them to honour whatever had been scheduled prior to the change seeing as how it was only 2 days away. I was left scrambling to book another test (at a higher cost) elsewhere which is less than ideal while trying to prepare for travel. Needless to say I would not recommend Medplus.
