In each class we get to explore more and more of what it is to be present with our authentic selves. As we unravel the parts of the 'me' that keep us in suffering and illusion. Kjirsten and Randy hold loving space and wisdom for us to do so. And teach us that Everyone at their core, their essence is Love and Light.
