★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place. An oasis of mindful teachings in the city centre. The Buddhist Masters and Monks there are incredibly enlightened and warm. The teachings are just superb along with the thoughtful meditation practices.

Truly something for everyone and I always leave with such a wonderful feeling of peace and connection. Definitely check it out!
