Gotta leave a positive review here. Yes, sometimes the CPAP equipment can be a bit pricey although it's a "need" so I don't really think about it. They've always been very helpful and going through the first time of setting up my equipment with them was great. I live near Collingwood so I've gone to a place in Collingwood a couple times. My only thing is that sometimes they seem pretty busy when I've gone in, and perhaps they could extend their hours a couple days to 6pm. Thanks guys. Hope to see you soon.

I've been getting CPAP supplies here for nearly 6-years as my employer's medical coverage is through this supplier. They have one job - provide CPAP supplies and equipment. My pre-authorization is sent to them and they advise they will call. Invariably they never call and there is always a two to three week delay in getting my equipment. As per other reviews, staff are rude and short answered. I will be finding another CPAP supplier as I have had enough with Medigas Barrie.

Horrible customer service! No one knows what they are doing. Sent me an invoice and lied about trying to get in contact with me. Refused to fill my prescription and forced me to rent a unit. Very concerned with the lack of ethical practice. They have wasted my time for months and I still don’t have my own machine. Made false claims about trying to reach me. Funny thing is I have phone records that prove they are making false statements. Never had to deal with such unprofessionalism.

I was very impressed with Eden’s knowledge and wonderful attention to detail in helping me with my CPAP emergency. She was so helpful and easy to talk to. Thanks for easing my troubled mind Erin. You’re very good at your job.

don't know if reviews below are from different place but never had any help from this one! the few times I have been in there no help whatever! stay away and buy online! which is what I am doing, try and help local shops but if like this then I will shop online!

I was sent to Medigas in Barrie last month. I purchased my cpap machine and mask fairly quickly, and was given the employees card to contact him if I needed support or had more questions. I am really struggling sleeping with the mask on that I purchased. After contacting my salesman by email and not getting a response I went into Medigas and exchanged my mask for a different one. Finally got a response a few days later, and emailed him back stating I was really struggling and the mask I exchanged wasn’t working or fitting properly but was actually better than the one I had now and I was regretful that I had exchanged it so quickly. I explained to him that I was really having a hard time and needed some support in picking out a mask that would fit me and work for my sleep apnea. I asked if I could possibly come into the store and he could help me? He did not respond . A few days later I received a call from medigas asking how my experience was in the Barrie store. I explained what had happened and said I still have not heard back from the employee that helped me, and that I was not using my machine because I could not wear the mask and I needed some help finding something more suitable. Although pleasant , the caller stated that sometimes staff are busy and it may take a few days for him to return an email or to call me? It has now been a few weeks and I am completely frustrated and cannot use my machine I purchased as of yet. In talking to friends who use a cpap their experiences and support with the dealers they used were above and beyond anything I have experienced with Medigas in Barrie, I was sold a machine and then left to figure it out on my own with no follow up support whatsoever. I would not recommend anyone purchase their cpap machine from this store,

phone contact difficult, but once you get thru amazing service, they were able to swap my CPAP machine for me in under an hour!.. CUDOS!

I cannot thank the staff at Medigas Barrie enough. Rochelle & Heather saved my life … literally. The story goes like this. I was traveling from up North to the Barrie area for 3 nights and realized I had forgotten a piece to my cpap machine. After a restless night I decided to google cpap replacement part stores in the area and saw Medigas Barrie. I was here just after they opened that morning. I brought my Machine and explained what had happened. The ladies could sense my desperation after having not slept all night and I was worrying that I could not go through another two sleepless nights. They went and found the missing piece I required and simply gave it to me at no cost. They have no idea how much they saved my weekend away with my family. Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity!!
