Mine (initials E.H.) was unfortunately heavily biased towards supporting the mother, not unlike our entire family law system. Single dad's are getting the rights they deserve but mediators like the one I had aren't helping. If you get the sense you're dealing with someone like this, simply ask for another mediator to ensure you get a fair shake.

Off of meditation forever. I understand they want to make it look like they get something accomplished . One mediator in particular named Hilary is a real piece of work. Does not listen to what you have to say. Just wants to get paid for a day's work which cost changes from what you agree to. Make sure you read the fine print.

B	Beth S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I note that the positive reviews are coming from other counsel. This service was useless for me and given how it was handled by the mediator, a complete waste of time. Starting with the procedural to get the mediation booked, countless emails from two different people who seemed not to be on the same page and mixed me up with another file. Fast forward to the mediation itself, the mediator, initials I.V., who is a family lawyer, outright and repeatedly permitted the father to insult and degrade me. She did not even have the ability or exercise her duty to communicate rules and legislation in family law to the father, i.e. even when it was ascertained his disclosure was incomplete, by his own admission. She and another did not adequately address my concerns in writing after this horrible experience. I do not recommend. Reply to Mediate393 My name is a handle as I'm certainly not obligated to disclose my personal life and identity to the internet public. This does not negate my ability and right to post a review about your services. If you want to improve your services, you may wish to consider hiring mediators who are competent, know the family law legislation, and have the ability to exercise control over abusive parties, notwithstanding being able to communicate the proper guidance as it relates to family law. As a person who works in family law, and has been in the family law system for 25 years, I can confidently assert that the whole process from intake to mediation was grossly mismanaged.
