J’arrive vers 11h45 parce qu’un tuyau de vacuum sur mon camion est deconnecté. J’entre et je parle au comptoir avec Patrick je crois. L’échange va comme suit:
-Bonjour jai un tuyau de deconnecté près du carbu de mon camion j’aurais juste besoin d’installer un collet
-Va falloir t’attende j’ai un commercial a faire et un autre après
-Ok combien de temps environ
-Je pourrais pas te dire
-..ok je pourrais aller diner a coté auriez-vous le temps dans les 45 min?
-non cest sur ca va aller apres le diner
-bon d’accord merci quand meme
(Jusque la ca va bien qu’il soit bête comme ses deux pieds mais bon)
Il me propose de me passer un collet et un tournevis que je le fasse moi même. Bonne idée, mais finalement le collet est trop gros. J’entre pour lui redonner. C’est à ce moment qu’il prend une attitude méprisante et me dit « bon bin parfait salut la » dans un ton qu’on pourrait traduire par « excellent déc***** le fatiguant ». Je lui demande si je l’ai derangé tant que ca. Il me dit que je suis arrivé et que je voulais etre servi sur le champ et que son attitude etait ma faute. Alors que je n’ai fait que m’informer du delai.
Peut etre qu’il s’y fait de la bonne mecanique, je ne me suis pas rendu jusque la. Pour le service client c’est zero

I arrive around 11:45 am because a vacuum hose on my truck is disconnected. I walk in and talk to Patrick at the counter, I think. The exchange goes as follows:
-Hello I have a disconnected pipe near the carburetor of my truck I just need to install a collar
-You have to wait for you, I have a commercial to do and another after
-Ok how long approximately
-I could not tell you
- .. ok I could go to dinner next door would you have time within 45 min?
-no that's okay after dinner
- okay thank you anyway
(Until then, he's as stupid as his two feet, but hey)
He offers to give me a snare and a screwdriver that I do myself. Good idea, but ultimately the collar is too big. I come in to give it back. That's when he takes a contemptuous demeanor and says "good, perfect hello there" in a tone that could be translated as "excellent dec ***** the tiring". I ask him if I bothered him that much. He told me that I arrived and that I wanted to be served on the spot and that his attitude was my fault. While I only informed myself of the deadline.
Maybe he did some good mechanics there, I didn't make it that far. For customer service it's zero

Son atélier était déjà fermé quand je me suis rendu sur le lieu, néanmoins il a accedé a me dépanner car j étais en voyage avec mon fils, moi, je n habite pas au coin, juste de passage dans la region. Du prix raisonable, rapidité, mais surtout de la qualité humaine.
