★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Nadeau est la meilleure dentiste que j'ai eue. Elle est attentionnée, consciencieuse et explique toujours ce qu'elle est sur le point de faire. Elle travaille en douceur, s'enquiert de notre confort, nous demande si nous ressentons de la douleur. De plus, elle ne propose pas de traitements inutiles : elle ne nous dit pas que nous avons besoin d'une incrustation si un plombage fait parfaitement l'affaire. Son assistante est tout aussi efficace et attentionnée et les deux travaillent en harmonie. Il est évident que Dr. Nadeau a beaucoup de respect pour son assistante et pour ses patients, ce qui en dit long sur l'intégrité d'une personne et, par conséquent, sur le soin qu'elle apporte à son travail.
 Dr. Nadeau is the best dentist I have had. She is attentive, conscientious and always explains what she is about to do. She works smoothly, inquires about our comfort, asks us if we feel pain. In addition, it does not offer useless treatments: it does not tell us that we need an inlay if a sealer does the job perfectly. His assistant is just as efficient and attentive and the two work in harmony. It is obvious that Dr. Nadeau has a lot of respect for his assistant and for his patients, which says a lot about a person's integrity and, therefore, about the care they take in their work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LA plus belle clinique dentaire sur la rive sud de Québec assurément! Ils sont tous vraiment très professionnels et très attentionnés surtout avec les enfants, ils savent s'y prendre afin qu'ils se sentent bien à l'aise. Que de bons commentaires positifs à dire absolument impeccable! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Déplacement du rendez-vous de manière assez cavalière en raison du covid-19 et on m'informe qu'ils vont me rappeler pour fixer un autre rendez-vous. Après deux semaines aucune nouvelle et lorsque j'appel pour un rendez vous dans 3-4 mois, ils me disent que les plage sont pas ouverte et que je devrais rappeler 2 semaines avant. Ajoutez à ça les frais Covid et voilà leur respect envers leurs clients.
Moving the appointment in a rather cavalier manner due to the covid-19 and I am informed that they will call me back to fix another appointment. After two weeks no news and when I call for an appointment in 3-4 months, they tell me that the beaches are not open and that I should call back 2 weeks before. Add to that the Covid fees and that's their respect for their customers.

C'est rapide pour avoir un rendez-vous, pas d'attente non plus quand on est sur place, personnel gentil et souriant. L'endroit est lumineux et magnifique, on s'y sent bien. Le personnel aussi nous fait sentir bien, surtout si vous êtes anxieux par rapport à votre visite.
I've only been going there for a year and to date have always had excellent service. It's quick to get an appointment, no waiting either when you're there, friendly and smiling staff. The place is bright and beautiful, it feels good. The staff also makes us feel good, especially if you are anxious about your visit.

Minutie, rapidité, dextérité exceptionnel.
Un rendez-vous rapide et sans aucune douleur malgré les 2 dents à réparer.
De plus la communication était excellente et elle se soucie de la satisfaction du patient. Je n'ai jamais eu une aussi bonne expérience chez le dentiste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe this place has amazing specialists, good doctors. I had been here once before and was lucky to be with a competent and kind doctor. Today was my second experience I brought my kid. Really nice care with my kiddo! Attentive and fast service. Plus a surprise at the end! Thank you kindly for this part.
But we all know all places start with customer service at the entrance. This is its attitude that affects the rest of the service. So, at a school as visitor or parent you would be offered a mask at the entrance, while at a place where they are supposed to have way more careful concern about health they SELL masks 2$ each!! I always have one mask on me. This time I had dropped it accidentely, and asked for help at the entrance. And if I have no 2$? I was told to wait outside leaving a minor kid by herself. Isn't it crazy? Such places MUST have masks for whatever emergencies. You guys work with patients. It's about health! This is minimum not professional to sell the product which you should offer.
P.S. At the end I was given a mask for free *after a 20 minutes of uncomfortable feeling of being judged though* But thank you.
