★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Junk!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased 4 cubic yards veggie mix. It's nothing but junk! It has huge percentage of big pieces wood bark to the point that the soil doesn't create a strong smooth connection with the plant root. I emailed them twice to and told them about this issue, thinking that they shipped me a wrong product my mistake. They didn't bother to answer my email. I will never ever buy anything from these rude guys who don't even understand good customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office is so disorganized. Called multiple times, spoke with the multiple people. Messages got lost or weren't returned resulting in us delaying project by a few weeks because of stock issues that weren't actually an issue. Just very disappointed with the customer service. They're excuse everytime was "sorry we're just really busy". Not for too much longer if you keep this up. Hire some more people or work on better communication between your staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called many times to place an order: no one picked up the phone; no one returned my messages. Tried their web site (there is no way to make a purchase online - this isn't 1994 guys) and did not get a response back via email or phone.
How can you run a service company when you are not interested in servicing customers? It has been two weeks now and I had never heard back from this company. Most people have schedules and deadlines, so I had to opt for another company that actually was interested in taking my money.
Even if they did call me back, at this point I would have to question whether they would deliver the item on time and in the proper place.
Ignoring potential customers is not a good way to establish a small-business. ML & LC: we want to support you, do you actually want to be in business?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always enjoy going here for all my garden needs. The first time I went I totally felt nervous because I had no clue how these places worked. They were helpful and pointed me in the right direction. They are professional and are so patient with my picking out random rocks, to find "the one". Prices are fair and comparable to other bulk suppliers. I have not had anything delivered, I only do pick-up. Definitely worth the trip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We live in Langley and chose to have four bulk products delivered to us - one of few places that can deliver two items in a truck without needing to bag them. We chose Meadows Landscape for their fair pricing and also reasonable delivery fees.
The people we spoke to on the phone each time were friendly and professional and answered my many questions with a lot of patience. We stopped into the location to get some pavers, and the two young guys that were working the yards were so helpful and quick to offer assistance in getting the products we needed. Really impressed and will definitely be back for future landscaping needs.
