We had purchase an annuity for a family member 11 years ago and when the time came to cremated our loved one, the service provided was disappointing. Met at the door with a a box of ashes & wasn't given copies of the death certificate. Person who was on staff was distracted and incensitive. Horrible experience overall in our time of morning. Question value of what we paid for what we recieved?
