My interactions were limited to Allison and Nick. I was pleased to observe a determined approach in vetting received documentation and open communication with counterparts regarding procedural goals.
I, personally am a huge fan of redundancies. Where failure is not an option, place redundancies.
Well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just did our closing and this was recommended by someone with the family that has dealt with this firm previously.
I would not recommend this firm as I would agree that it has not been easy dealing with the firm.
No real transparency with what is in scope with the service as I find myself asking questions and all I get is we only process the documents. I dont even think they look at it in a way that really represent and benefits their clients.
Very disappointed.. even today I was at city hall procesing my tax and I was informed that they have not received notification yet for change of ownership.
I called the office and asked so that I dont miss the processing of statements. I was told that they mailed the letter and they are busy currently with all the closing that they have and will reach out to city hall to get the contact information but also a side note .. they made a comment that it is pretty hard to get a hold of tax office.. so I end up going back and asking for the email address for them so that they can email the tax department.
I dont think I should be doing these things but thats what you get.
Really bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our realtor recommended this place as we wanted a law firm close to where we live to deal with our house closing. They failed to notify us the rental hot water transfer agreement is incomplete even after the agency contacted them several times. Finally, we have to jump in to resolve the issue so clearly no justification to the fees I paid for their service. We are still behind them to send us the final report of the closing. It appears that their staff clerks are overwhelmed with work or under trained for the job. It was a displeasure, and I will not recommend this law firm to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought my first home earlier last year, and working with this team has been a great source of stress during an already difficult process. In documents, they consistently misrepresented me as not being a first time homeowner, and there were issues with communication that caused a few hiccups.
I found myself working with them on some of these issues almost a year after the move in date.
The move in date itself was not ideal. We had everything packed and ready to go, including the moving trucks, but were told we would have to wait another day. Several phone calls hours later, we managed to clear the situation up, but did not get to the house until well into the evening.
Surprised since the group was initially highly recommended, but was deeply upset by the entire experience.
