★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently received a cheque for proceeds from the sale of my home given to me by Pamela J Mcloed. The bank made a mistake when depositing so , I had to get a new one from Pam. It turned into quite an ordeal , Pam had to follow very strict guidelines to write a new one for me. Because, "if you cancel a cheque and a disgruntled employee from the bank wants to cash it, it can still be cashed"....please tell me when that would actually happen. After approximately 2 weeks, I went to the bank , put the two of them on the phone and got things figured out. Pam charged me for her time. I may have been ok with being charged for her time if she didn't take 2 weeks to get a simple thing done. She would not be my first or even 5th choice in sarnia for a lawyer.
