We are renovating our kitchen & Had a similar experience to Haely Diacon below. Ordered flooring here because my contractor suggested them. Flooring ordered by contractor on May 21st, didn't get it until June 26th. This after a number of follow up calls from contractor and being promised it would have been there a couple of weeks earlier. Found out using tracking number on shipment that the flooring wasn't even SHIPPED from it's originating location in the US until June 20th!! WTF? I suspect they gather up their orders until they have a number of them in order to save themselves money on shipping (thereby generating greater profits), and that our order fell between the cracks in the meantime. When asked for clarification, or at least a break on the price - we were offered nothing, nada, zip. Not a good way to run a business! It's OK to own up to mistakes - things happen, but at least explain to folks what went wrong or give them a better deal, don't just leave them blowing in the wind for two weeks while their construction project sits on hold! Obviously it wasn't THEM doing dishes in a laundry sink in the basement for two extra weeks, so they don't care. First class products, not bad prices, but horrendous customer service on the part of the guys at the contractor desk. I would have given them NO stars if I could have!! Shop somewhere else!

Great place very helpful staff. Also the staff is very knowledgeable. They have all price ranges of tile from less then 3$/sqf to prices that would make your eyes pop. Only thing to watch is if they carry the same product as home depot or the like. Most of the time home depot is cheaper (if you aren't a contractor.

great place to buy not only flooring products but any thing to do with flooring prep and bonding applications. the contractor desk is very helpful with expert knowledge on all their product for every construction application.

We could not be more pleased with the caring and professional service from Alissa and her team. They worked with us on a home renovation project and although our renos were extensive they ensured the quality and standard and look of their products was what we were looking for. Alissa's taste level is impeccable . Due to my own time constraints I was not able to go down to pick the quartz vanity top for my bathroom. Alissa made the choice based on my verbal description and a few photos of my tile . Her decision was spot on. Months have gone by and we're still loving all the quartz countertops and appreciate the workmanship they did to ensure everything looks great. This is such a great team to work with!

A contractor friend tipped me off to this place when I was looking for a local alternative to the big box stores for some self leveler. Price was competitive, staff was friendlier and more knowledgeable. They have a selection of LVT with tons in stock. No "special order" wait time. Will happily be shopping local here for all my flooring and ceramic tile.

I was initially very pleased with this supplier. I called and received the information, placed my order over the phone, and received my paid invoice within 48 hours. I was given a two week lead time from Canada to their US location and from there they would ship the tiles to me. I received a call around the two week mark saying the tiles arrived. I followed up on that shipment a week later to see if there was any tracking information. I was told the still hadn't shipped the tiles. They must not do do this often but never advised this to me. They started asking for EIN numbers in order to ship to me using FedEx. I was given the tracking information a few days after that, after calling for an update. The tiles arrived 5/11 and upon opening them all were cracked and unable to be used. I called yesterday 5/15 to advise the tiles were broken upon delivery. They told me they would look into it and get back with me. I received a call about 15 min later saying they had no record for this transaction and needed proof. Which concerned me. I sent the invoice and photos of the damaged product. I was told again someone would reach back out to me. I followed up at the end of the day to check on the progress. I was told they should hear something back by the end of the day. I called to follow up this morning 5/16/17 and spoke with Terry who was extremely rude. He expressed he felt they were doing us a favor selling us the tiles because our order was small. That if I kept asking for updates they wouldn't work hard to resolve this issue. That I kept bothering them. Then said I wasn't sending them what they needed. I advised I was never requested to send them anything because no one reached out to me with updated information so this is the first time I was hearing they needed anything from us. I asked if I could simply send back the damaged tiles, receive a refund, and go with another supplier because of his attitude. He said no the replacement materials were already ordered but didn't have any tracking info because they hadn't shipped yet. I asked if there was anyone else i could speak with besides him and he said no, he's the general manager and Steve agreed with him. So upon us hanging up with one another I obtained the information they requested from me and emailed it to them. I have not heard from them confirming receipt and am not eager to speak with them again. I felt he (Terry) was very rude immediately for no reason. I do not desire to use them again. I will reach out to another supplier the next time we need tiles. This is just a warning.

We have bought flooring and tiles here several times and are always satisfied with the service and products.
