About Inland Steel Products
In 1967, Dennis Ditlove opened Inland Steel Products in a small building in Saskatoon, collecting scrap metal himself in a used pickup truck. Today, the Ditlove family own and operate the thriving third-generation business with a team of dedicated employees, who have been the key to long-term success. Their combined knowledge and experience ensure that customers get paid top dollar for their scrap materials.

β β β β β Great place and they almost always have great prices, but when you take things in, you canβt see your weigh in or weigh out number until after youβve been paid, plus itβs never accurate, I say this because for the past numerous times, every time I go, I get a flat number (exactly 800lbs, exactly 4Tonnes, or exactly 15$ etc) and specifically the last time I went, I got a flat number that was Under, I had roughly 900lbs of stuff (keep in mind Iβm still a little guy in this business so thatβs a medium sized load for me) and then I go to get paid and itβs only 16$ I went to evraz a day later with only 180lbs of stuff and I got 4.50$, the other thing is that they still work with the front desk worker handing out cash, so itβs more likely for them to decide they donβt want to count out 34.32$ in cash. Iβm going back later to talk with someone, but just make sure you know your weights and your price before you go
Reply to owner: Iβm not 100% sure when my last visit was as i have misplaced the receipt, yes I believe it was September 25th

β β β β β Awesome and easy. Instead of taking any old metal you may have cluttering up your space take it to inland metal. They paid me for my steel instead of taking it to landfil and having to pay to dump it.

β β β β β Absolutely fantastic staff, very friendly and helpful. It has been more than 10 years since I have dropped off scrap metal here. Upgraded buildings and excellent layout. Highly recommended. I pre-sorted my metal and received maximum price for my scrap metal and alloys. Well done ???

β β β β β You either need to educate your guys unloading or reclassify what you call extruded aluminum. I had a box full of extruded aluminum and only got paid as mixed.

β β β β β Had some metal stuff around my house that had no use and I wasnβt sure what to do with, looked on Google and found this place. Staff were super friendly, weβre very clear about what to do and the all processed weβre very quick and pleasant. Donβt expect big amount of money but getting some money for things that I had no use for.
