Being in the office was always a comfortable expereience even if the subject matter was stressful. I never felt rushed during an appointment. From the first time we met, I felt like I was being heard and I finally received validation for the horrible injustice I experienced prior to meeting Ian and his team. My process took some time but he had a goal in mind and more than accomplished it. Rather than the fine I was hoping to walk away with instead of jail time, the charge was thrown out. Ian was extremely gracious in how he handled my case. If I ever need criminal defence services again, I would absolutely call on Ian again, and I would not hesitate for one second, in reccomending him to others.
