β β β β β One giant waste of time and money. If you value your time at all, or your money than avoid these people at all costs. They will assign completely inexperienced therapist to your case who will refuse to listen about their method of therapy not working for you, and not even seek guidance from their supervising psychologist. Then when you get fed up and decide to say something yourself they will claim to be looking for a new therapist for you, then simply never contact you again.

β β β β β Dr. McDowall has been extremely resourceful and helpful to not only me but also towards my family's dynamic needs and circumstances. We were apprehensive to counselling at first but her caring and professional approach made us feel comfortable and able to navigate our lives during a difficult time. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family.

β β β β β I am absolutely furious!!! I had an appointment set up for 1pm today and my phone did not ring!! I finally texted him and he said he's left the company and NO ONE TOLD ME!!!!! How unprofessional is that??? Have you no respect for your clients?

β β β β β It takes a lot for someone to seek help for their mental health. From onboarding onwards, I did not feel like I had a good experience and the owner of the clinic "sent her deepest apologies" when I brought up my issues without actually taking the time to speak to me. But they were very quick to take my money.
Two issues before even seeing my therapist:
- Breach of privacy.
- Being upsold on services I did not ask for where the individual called me a few times to follow up. The upselling situation made me uncomfortable and I did not appreciate being called after the initial call.

β β β β β I first went to see Dr. Chaddah in June and since then she has completely changed my life! I had never seen a naturopath before for my concerns so I wasnβt sure what to expect. After my first consultation, for the first time in my life I felt like someone actually cared about my health and wanted me to get better. Dr. Chaddah has been instrumental in the progress Iβve made over these past few months. So grateful for her and all she has done for me!

β β β β β This clinic supports my values of integration, holism, and diversity in terms of the types of therapy offered, and the kind of clients that come here. There is also a continual presence of professionalism and friendliness amongst staff. This is genuinely nice to see and to be a part of.

β β β β β Beginning sessions at McDowall was the best choice Iβve made in a long time. My therapist does an incredible job of letting you be yourself, while at the same time challenging you to change your thought patterns and be better. Incredibly easy to talk to and dedication to their profession is quite obvious. My therapist has methods for anything you could think of. Best part is you can tell they genuinely cares about your well being. I canβt speak highly enough of my therapist at McDowall. I suggest anyone considering to give McDowall a shot, you wonβt regret it!
