★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every single time I order online, I wait in the drive thu for 15 mins then they make me wait at the pick up parking stop for another 15 or 25 mins. for Donald’s????? I literally pre order from this McDonalds. Took 40 mins tonight… also ordered extra pickles. No pickles for me. THIS PLACE SUCKS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This morning I stopped for a breakfast sandwhich on my way home from night shift at the hospital I ordered egg and cheese breakfast sandwhich hard to mess up right. Nope they burnt the muffin and put sausage on it the cheese stuck to it so even if I wanted to pull the sausage off it would then be a burnt English muffin with egg that tastes like sausage greese not the way I wanted to finish my night shift

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope the MANAGEMENT reads this & takes my advice. I don't know if this particular restraunt is always as busy (granted it was 12:45PM) as it was when my husband, 2 friends & I went for lunch (I didn't actually get anything, not a fan of McD's), but not being a resident of Trail the signage was severely lacking. The drive thru sign took me through the parking lot only to discover I should have went around & gotten in line where there was a huge wall plastered in signs saying 'Do Not Park Here'. A further quick explanation like 'ONLY for Drive-Thru Customers' or 'Line-Up for Drive-Thru Customers' would have been super helpful. I ended up parking & everyone ordered from inside, but I was pretty close to saying nevermind, a huge chain like this & they can't be bothered to put up a few extra words to help out-of-towners navigate their line-up. The layout is actually one of the better ones I have been in, it just needs some directions for those visiting from other places.
