Oh man. If you can avoid this McDonald’s do it. The worst service I’ve ever experienced with a management team that appears to honestly not care about anything other than drive thru times! The staff is rude, orders are usually incorrect and they fight you on fixing it, I could go off about the terrible experiences I’ve had at this McDonald’s but todays incident was the straw the broke the camels back. I preordered my food and went in to pick it up. When I got inside there was no one at the front with a line up of three people waiting to be helped. The front counter person (her name tag was faded but I could clearly make out Carole) instead was running orders out for drive through instead of dealing with the clients in front of her. One gentleman who I had seen get out of a City of Calgary employee truck was refused service because she thought he was homeless. Her exact words were “go away I don’t have time for you I’m to busy” and she waived him off while continuing to tell him to go away. It’s good to see that McDonald’s judges hardworking blue collar people like that! I can’t imagine how embarrassing that must have been for him. In todays age of social justice it’s disheartening to see McDonald’s condone this level of behaviour .

McDonald's has surely lost its appeal to get your bang for your buck. The Big Mac sure looks a lot bigger on TV. Don't come to this location trying to pay with cash you'll be there awhile

Rude manager. Get there to pick up order. Dining room is closed. No special instructions in dasher app. None. He says there is and walks away mad when I point it out to him. Never pick up from this restaurant while he is still managing. Treat drivers better, we don't work for you or have to take your rude behavior.

Terrible service here. Try to pay with cash at the til and you WILL NOT get service. You're just ignored. Complained twice to corporate office... here is the response. Love the "we didn't promised a back call." "Thank you for taking the time to contact McDonald's. Your frustration with the service you received is understandable. We’re disappointed that we fell short of your expectations, and our own standards as well. We are prepared to work even harder to regain your confidence. We didn't promised a back call. We’ve forwarded your concern to the local franchisee of the McDonald’s restaurant. The franchisee will follow-up with the restaurant team to ensure the issue has been resolved and addressed in hopes of avoiding a recurrence. We hope you found this information useful and we look forward to the opportunity and pleasure of serving you at one of our restaurants soon."

A picture of the crispy onion quarter pounder. Practially no onions, way to much sauce. Also the sprite tastes like it had some grease fall in it.

After multiple wrong orders from drivethrew, cold orders even when dinning in, this one takes the cake. Dry burnt to a crisp nuggets. Shards of burt what ever you want to call it causing my inner cheek to bleed. As a reference to the color in the photo my sweet and sour sauce was much lighter in color then these burnt pucks. How can you justify serving burt food.

Legitimately the slowest McDonald’s I’ve been to in my life. I ordered at the kiosk. 25 minutes later and I’m still waiting for my food. There’s only one other person in line in front of me. If I wanted to wait this long for “fast food” I could probably do a sit down dinner and be served a proper meal faster.

Bathrooms are disgusting. Yes, there may be homeless people around this location occasionally, but at least do frequent bathroom checks and needed repairs. Yes, that’s a broken glass crack pipe on the ground that I had to help my two year old step around.
