★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped here twice on a flip flop to a cote nord destination. Both times drive through. Service was fluid fast efficient. Order was accurate. Went inside to use facilities and everything seemed clean. Nice to see a fast food joint on top of things durring this freakin pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were on one week tour to Quebec and only bad experience is this Macdonald’s. On our way back to Ontario, we stopped at this McDonald’s for breakfast on Aug. 28, 2020, Order no 1034, around 10.38am. It literally took 30+ mins to get the order delivered, guess what hash browns are not in the package. Going back again to the counter and the shift in-charge girl was super rude and asking if we already got or not and then told us to wait for 5 mins!!COMPLETE DISASTER. AND I WONDER HOW COME BEING RUDE ONE CAN BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. While waiting, seen some other messed up orders. But the person who took the order was really good mannered. No customer service at all. Doesn’t deserve even an one star.

Horrible customer service.
They take your order and money. Now if you can get your order once paid in 45 minutes you are lucky. No one acknowledges you.
No sense of urgency

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to eat dinner at 8pm. Been on the road for awhile and wanted a quick bite. My kids suggested Mcdonalds. At first it seem messy inside but thinking someone will clean up the place. Ordered thru kiosk machine. Total food came to 55.70. Orders came and already some orders were missing and are wrong. Messy tables and there seems to be a lot of flies inside the restaurant. Need more organizing and cleanliness. Service very slow and understaff. My first time here and did not like the first impression. May suggest a different McDonalds.
