Friendly staff most times mind you staff turnover is frequent. Parking lot pickup takes longer than if u go through drive thru and half time the food is cold and messy

Should be rated no stars!! Today I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and was very disgusted by what I recieved. As I opened it and was about to take a bite, I spotted a blonde curly hair poking out from under the bun. Upon further investigation I found the hair to be embedded in the meat and cheese. I will NOT be returning to this location. Very disappointing, especially when we are in the midst of a pandemic and should be taking extra precautions.

It was very busy today and it seemed everyone working there had no idea what was going on. We went inside to order it was chaos. It is obvious that the take out window has priority, and the people ordering inside get served when there are some extra. So if a person wants decent service go across the street or any where else

This location has the worst drive through that I have been too. Hope they can fix this? Got out on the highway and noticed my French fry’s were missing. The lady at the pay window repeated my order and said she liked to do that so they don’t mess up your order. Well the people getting my order need to make sure they put it all together and double check before you get your order. Phoned the store location, after about 3 min of the phone ringing someone answered the phone. I explained the problem and all the lady could do was say sorry. Saying sorry is not fixing the problem at this location. If I could give 0 stars this location would get zero stars! So it’s almost 2 weeks later and I am back in High River. Decided to give this location one more chance. This time I walk into the restaurant for my order. Well to keep this short it took them 3 times to get my order right before I walked out of the restaurant. I not sure if it management or staff or both that is the problem at this location. If you visit this location make sure your order is right before you leave.

So disappointed that the children's play area is still blocked off. My client's daughter was so upset and acted out for quite some time while we were as she stated through the window at it longingly. The staff here completely ignore the front counter unless you order through the machines. I stood for several minutes at the till trying to flag or catch the attention of a staff until another customer recommended that I use the order screens to send my order in. Brutal! I guess they want machines to eliminate their jobs. I thought McDonald's was always about customer service and efficiency. The coffees were good. It is nice to see apple slices on the menu for kids. The location is very visible and accessible with the lights right there.

It's a McDonald's so the food is the same no matter what. Service is always good. My only complaint is the men's room. 2 of 3 urinals have been out of order for at least the 4 years I've been in and out of there. The hand dryer has never worked and there are no paper towels. Otherwise, it's great!

All the staff are extremely friendly, Angie who was on orders was probably the nicest and most welcoming people I’ve ever met at any fast food chain. An extremely engaging and pleasant lady. Making all the customers laugh and make it a great experience. Manager looked like a nice fun guy among the workers.

after placing my order in drive threw I got one burger and the fries 2 drinks then was parked for the rest of the food. after waiting in the parking lot for over 30 mins!!!! driving home and making food then packing it to take would have been faster and i would have hot food. i had to go in. I was told my food was sent out and that's that. after hearing the frustration a second manager came over and said ok i will get your food. I informed her i wanted my money back and i would go without. she gave me extra food and 5$ back. So hear i am 25mins late with freezing could food no ice in the drinks and NO Straws! High River McDonald's :( you need to train staff or close Pictures are from my last 3 visits months apart but same customer horrible customer service
