★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grew up with Teen Burgers way back in 1959 in Calgary,,still taste delicious,,staff was friendly,,,but I didn't have coupons,nor did you promote any,so wow!!!!! What a difference in price ,,,when you say 2 can dine for $13.00??? ,wow wow !!!!!!!!! What a difference I had to pay this time,,,I think I'll wait till your coupons come out,us seniors have to be careful...thankyou for the experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I had taken a photo, I couldn't believe how thin the chicken was when I tried the new Nashville hot chicken burger... It wasn' t as good as Mary Brown's. I normally love A&W so I was super disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During the time I was seated in the High River A&W, four additional customers came in, of which I was the only one asked to show proof of vaccination. One gentleman (obviously a family member or friend of one of the staff) came in with no mask, was not asked to show record of vaccination and was served and sat among the rest of us. Will discuss with AHS and will not be going back, ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time in 2 weeks No straws for the drinks I ordered . Also warm flat pop clearly from an order they got wrong earlier that they left sitting there till it was spoiled. Ask for ketchup for the 2 orders of fries with our meals and only get 2 packets . No napkins. It's always the same Asian woman working the drive thru . She is terrible . This store is slow and and run by cheapskates. Also ordered coffee 2 times in 2 weeks that there was no sugar in . Go to the one near aldersyse for a way better experience .

I wish I never had to go here is like when u out of town people do whatever they feel like .. the have no respect acting like your begging them for food or something..
They should atleast have an attitude adjustment talk with management..like are they that desperate for workers
It's just very sad to see ..
This female literally through my food in my hand and said have a nice day while the one that took the order was shaking her head right in front of me because of my order.. if your reading this save your self and your money and just eat something else .. this is the worst customer service I ever experience in Canada.. all of u women in there should be ashamed to work there....
