★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited quebec and the McDonald's has better food choices. Instead of the big breakfast it has a traditional breakfast. Traditional consist of two eggs, bacon, and white or brown bread. Your choice of coffee. I'f you do not speak French, start googling or maybe there might be a employee who speaks English. Awesome place. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst mc donalds experience ever. The staff got everything wrong in the order, refused a coupon and forgot to put the receipt in the bag. I was traveling for work and now i can't put this meal in my work expenses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although we might think the self-order kiosks should come with a fast service, it is not the case. Service is good but slow. Employees are kind and helpful. Still, I don't mind the waiting because I love the coffee and our kids love to play while we finish our meal. The playroom is bathed in sunlight early in the morning and even more at the end of the day thanks to big windows, which is great. I wish the noise would'nt reverb as much in there but it cannot be otherwise with the high ceiling, windows and tile floor... The place is clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay, big bias to admit, my last time at a McDonald's was in 1999, so 20 years.
The new "slick" ordering system has a major flaw: the receipt didn't print out so I was a little clueless as to when my number was called.
I didn't pay much for my order, and it wasn't worth much either (a fish and chips).
I will admit my kids did like the play pen.
For that, two stars.
Not sure I will go back for another few decades.
Especially when Tim's is so close by, with better food, better service. Though no playpen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always short on staff. It can easily take 10 minutes to get your coffee, and much more if you bought a whole meal, no matter if you order from the cashier, the self service or from the McDonald's app.
They often mess the orders up, like adding milk to the coffee when you ordered cream, or the opposite.
