★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw some great reviews so decided to grab a bite there. The girl at the counter was very helpful. Everything went smoothly until we noticed that we bought a juice that had past the best before date. As a courtesy we went to let them know. But in return the lady (who I believe was the manager/owner) backfired at us. Said rudely "it's just water and sugar and it won't kill you BUT we are sorry. Everyone makes mistakes. It's ok. It's ok. Don't worry". Appalled by her customer service and logic I went back to sit down still shocked by how condescending she was. My friend took a photo of it and she immediately came over and grabbed the juice bottle and said "is everything alright, come on, just sugar and water, everyone makes mistakes, what do you want me to do???" She then walked away with the bottle. We were not here to make a big deal nor take advantage of this situation. If it's not a big deal why is she confiscating the bottle??. And makes me question, if a drink in the front counter was past the date and no one noticed, is anyone doing stock taking? Anyone looking at the dates of ingredients? Very rude. No excuse can compensate for the lack of professionalism or food hygiene

A return trip in mid August and the coffee, scones, and burrito I had were excellent! Service great as in last visit. Lots of outdoor seating to enjoy the wonderful summer. Great hours ..open until 2300h.

A lot of healthy options including vegan meals. They had really good bowls & the beverages were very tasty.
Staff was also really friendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the area for work and this was the best breakfast cafe in the area! Only place that’s not greasy, or fatty foods. Fresh, delicious, wonderful customer service. Many healthy options and vegan too. Loved the Buddha bowl and overnight oats. Only place to get protein smoothies unless you drive to QC.
