M	Michael McKenzie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are friendly and the meals are ok....however certain pops are a hit and miss.....the other day I went in and they had no coke zero or diet coke....I know I know not the end of the world....however...every single time I go in to purchase a milk shake the machine is "broken down" or "under maintenance.

n	neatto1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been visiting McDonald's at least the past forty years. I've ordered from establishments in the USA, Canada and a few countries in Europe. Sadly placing an order at the Renfrew, Ontario McDonald's drive-through has been nothing but a disappointment. I understand employees are overwhelmed, but a smile, professionalism and efficiency benefits all pay grade employees. Here's how the inadequacy began. Upon asking for the receipt it was stated the printer was down and they couldn't provide the receipt. Strange! So we took our order and left. By the end of the drive-through we realize we didn't get the happy meal. So we turn around. While waiting to inform staff about the mishap it was observed that miraculously the printer was working. Strange! Now for the "pièce de resistance"... I took a bite from the grilled chicken sandwich and it had an unpalatable taste. Good Lord! Once side of the patty was burned! Great way to start a weekend!

The reason for the 1 star is that a couple times I walk in, I hear loud yelling. As a good person, I try not to be too nosy however, I keep hearing how these employees are messing people's orders up or something like that. I go there and just get a big Mac and fries which taste good everytime. I find nothing wrong with my order. I know it might not be the same for others but I believe that mcdonalds should take care of there employees and not yell at them. It is also quite disturbing for some customers Other than that, great food

Ordered a Big Mac extra sauce and cheese… so when I received zero napkins I was kinda po’d, then I open my filet o fish and the fish is hard as a rock and the sandwich is just slopped together, so much so that half my cheese slice is wasted stuck to the bottom of the burger box. The fries where not cold.. but they weren’t even warm, let alone hot.. and really “white” looking like their not cooked long enough. What a bunch of literal trash.
