★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So my kid ordered food payed close to 50 dollars and they forgot to send one burger and a large drink. I even tried calling three times before someone answered and all they said we will get doordash to compensate and to reorder the missing items. So we did that and they still wanted payment. NOT IMPRESSED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything you expect from the average McD's. Fast, courteous service. Food that wants to leave your body faster than it goes in, and the best fries on the planet, unless they're limp and soggy. Eat them in the car on the way home for best enjoyment. Not sure if the milkshake machine was working that day or not... I got a breakfast sandwich on the way to an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were so excited to see a McDonald's in Canada! I have eaten at McDonald's all over the world and the food always seems to taste more sophisticated than the US McDonald's. How wrong we were.
At the Cranbrook McDonald's, we ordered a big mac, cheese burger with extra pickles, the McChicken, a chocolate shake, and a six-pack of donuts. We discarded all of the food except the shake and donuts.
Biting into the McChicken felt like rubber. The cheese on the cheese burger was just bizarre. In all seriousness, this was the most processed McDonald's food I have ever tasted....and I have eaten McDonald's in 7 different countries!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If they don't mess up your simplest order they at least take forever doing it, don't go there if you're in a rush unless there's no one else there. Really great staff though ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the sugar free latte, but I haven't had one in 4 months, I have ordered one 2 times a week & it's always a french vanilla, which isn't really coffee at all nor is it sugar free. I will pay $2 more & go to Starbucks & get what I ordered from here on out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ McDonald's is McDonald's, I dont think that there would ever be a situation where I stop and think, WOW, this particular McDonald's has topped them all lol. The foods the same, the service is pretty much the same everywhere, and maybe if a McDonald's would make a big kids play area, like a massive ball pit where adults can jump into and just hang out, I think they will always be the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reserved a room for my sons 9th birthday party, and wasn’t disappointed. Super friendly staff, nice clean room all ready for us. My boy had the most wonderful time. Thanks so much to the managers/staff that helped make his birthday just that much better of a day for him. :)
