★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were friendly, My blizzard fell out the cup and I felt like I had been betrayed by the fundamental aspect of the blizzard. The restaurant was clean and the drive through service was fast granted. My burger was slightly damp, one might even say moist, fries were crisp and drink was fine. But the blizzard didnt stick less than 30 seconds after it being handed to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister and I went to the Cranbrook Dairy Queen this afternoon to get an ice cream cake to celebrate my dad who had passed away in the morning.
The staff was absolutely kind, patient and helpful with us. Not only did they quickly provide the cake but they also wrote a message to my dad on the cake that our family asked for.
Thank you for helping turn around our heartbreaking day.
