★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the displeasure of meeting a Richard Burleigh. He was Completely unprofessional attitude. Me & my wife took the afternoon off to view some properties he had listed. After arrogant behavior & suggesting we only offer more than asking price, he decided he didnt like our "attitude" because we questioned this upsell, he then announced he was not going to show us any more listings, because he did not want us in "HIS" building!!! Complete waste of time & effort on our part, i will never recommend him or his company to anyone! A realtors job is to sell the property for his client, not decide who should be allowed the privilege of purchasing & allowing his commission to be paid....
