★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What — or, rather, who — are behind McDonald's fabulous service??? One person is Penny Young, their receptionist! Penny is *always* super friendly on the phone and she knows her job! She makes a pleasure to deal with McDonalds! We also can't say enough re McDonald's expert electricians! Today, it was 'Brian' who serviced our generator for the third year running. Brian, too, is personable, skilled and conscientious. We have no reservation in recommending McDonalds!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of their vans cut off two lanes of traffic merging from McKenzie merge lane this almost caused two accidents. They then proceeded to weave through traffic with no regard for others Saftey. Poor driving habits are not what you should see from someone who is driving a literal billboard for your company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them on a Wednesday the fist week, and then called again nine days later to request an estimate for a Generator transfer switch and an estimate installation of the Generator. The second time I called the receptionist provided me with an estimate for the transfer switch and passed me over to one of the technicians for an installation estimate, he provided one off the cuff but then I asked for an onsite estimate and although I was told that he would be by my place at 230 pm, I waited until 6 pm and he was a no-show. I was not even provided with a phone call to indicate that he wouldn't be coming and or to provide another time.
It is difficult to keep my business local when the local business doesn't show up.
