Wanting high ceiling or open concept was my ignorance, thank you for letting me know the house isn't what I'm looking for and implying that I cant afford it.
D	Doy M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my parents and family to view the show home and we were kicked out in a rude and very disrespectful manner by the sales manager (Mike Gonek) when I mentioned that we recently purchased a house from the builder next door. He’s the worst and most unprofessional salesperson we’ve encountered in 2 years of house hunting. I’m glad we went with another builder. Will definitely not recommend.

R	Rochel Kumar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accompanied my sister and her husband while they had to take some measurements of their house, Mike greeted us at the door, but was annoyed that people kept coming in- our parents wanted to see the house which meant there were 3 extra people and 5 in total. I understood his annoyance as this was unexpected and thought perhaps his attitude was due to safety concerns. Once inside, my father politely asked if he could go upstairs to see the rooms, he reluctantly agreed, which we were grateful for. Downstairs his demeanour was impatient and very rudely said this isnt a walk through and he has to get back to the office as he is the only one working. While I do understand this was an unexpected and somewhat stressful situation for Mike, he could have definitely handled it better and respectfully. A polite request to schedule another walk through as he did not have time for even basic measurements would have avoided him being so condescending towards us. A smile even goes a long way, however, Mike’s attitude and glares towards us as a family lead me to believe he looks down upon people of color. Upon looking at the other reviewers who brought up Mike’s rude demeanour, my inkling that he maybe just racist was confirmed.

If it's your first time meeting Mike Gonek then your first impression would be "He is rude" but he is just direct and very straightforward person.. So, if you want someone to answer your questions in a nice way then book your appointment with Brady. He is younger and have more patience. Actually, the answers to your questions would be "No" all the time be it Brady or Mike but Brady's approach is politely saying no. The house is as it is. No Modification can be made. To make this story short, we ended up purchasing the house because of Brady.
